On Wednesday 17th July Hiedie (Activities Co-Ordinator) took seven of our residents for a pub lunch at The Royal Oak in Farnham Common. It was a very pleasant afternoon; as all the residents and their families thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
The residents were delighted that they had been able to have a trip out with their families, and the residents’ families were also very pleased to have been invited.
"We're already planning the next trip!"
As well as our Activities Co-Ordinator, two other qualified members of staff accompanied the residents. We were also joined by our ‘Friends of Tithe Farm’ volunteer, Bernard.
All transport was provided by the lovely people at the Slough Community Transport Service.
As this outing was so successful, we are already planning our next day out for all those who unfortunately could not attend on this occasion!
