Welcome to Tithe Farm - Care Home

Tithe Farm is a Grade II listed country home with 5 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens that provide an idyllic environment for our 35 nursing residents. The Home is situated in Stoke Poges on the borders of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire and is easily accessible by road or public transport.

Originally converted to a residential home in 1983, Tithe Farm has kept many of its original features, the focal point being the magnificent carved oak staircase in the main reception hall. The elegant dining room and residents' lounges provide alternative areas for additional social activities. In the summers, residents can enjoy the use of the sensory garden and the extensive private grounds.

The bedrooms are located on two floors and are individually designed and furnished to a high standard in keeping with the character of the house. All rooms have personalized amenities and safety devices such as a television point, facilities for private telephone, nurse call, fire detection and emergency lighting systems.

Tithe Farm employs a highly qualified, experienced and dedicated team of staff who work closely with residents to ensure a continuously high standard of person-centred care. The focus is on individual needs with an emphasis on choice. Each resident will have a named nurse. Additionally, residents have access to visiting physiotherapists, chiropodists and yoga practitioners.
