Testimonials

“Dear Linda and Team, Please accept my thanks for the most wonderful welcome my mother has ever received. We are all very happy and proud that she is under you intensive care. The freedom and non-clinical but homely effect goes beyond words. We are a rather large family and so mother will have many visitors and I know that those who have been there are highly impressed. The choices offered to her for her comfort is very impressive. From letting her choose what she wants to wear each day to whatever she wants for her meals. The flowers you placed in her room to the re arrangements for her bed. She herself is impressed, and feels rather like THE lady of the Manor. The house and grounds are beautiful with pheasants calmly walking around; the library is amazing It is clear that the staff love working there and are sincerely dedicated to improving the quality of life for each resident. We hope that you will enjoy having our mother with you. I wish you all the success for the year ahead. Thank you for all your hard work; it is appreciated a great deal.“

"Dear Linda, Just a line to put our feelings into words by thanking you and all your staff for the attention given to Mum during her stay at Greathed Manor .

You would have gathered that Mum was a very quiet and private person and this was all the more reasons for our gratitude when we saw her in the Library mixing with the other residents and joining in with activities . Your staff were unbelievable with their patience and kindness, not only to Mum but all the residents . Also, their attention and kindness to visitors was A1, which at a time of stress was most welcome .

Our comments are aimed at all your staff, as when anyone or anything was needed there was always a member of staff there, whatever their position, with a helping hand or kind word."

"To all nan’s (Doll’s) friends at Greathed Manor I know Dad has written to you to you to thank you for the caring and loving way you all looked after Nan but I felt I had to say a big thank you too. I am glad Nan came to stay with you for the last couple of months of her life we couldn’t wished or asked for a better care for her. I just wish she could of had a little bit more of time with you all. Nan was the most beautiful, generous and loving person I am so lucky she was my Nan and I am so glad you had some time to get to know her and will always have some memories of her as I have many. Once again thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making the end of Nans life a loving and comfortable one lots of love"
